Clubhouse

This wood-constructed, 1 inch to 1 foot scale Medieval style Hideout or Clubhouse would be a treasure for any dollhouse miniature collector to own. A truly unique piece, it stands 10 1/4 inches tall by 7 1/4 inches wide and is 6 1/4 inches deep. The structure sits on a 12 x 12 wood base covered with faux green grass. The exterior is painted meadow green with teal trim.

The inside has a ladder that can be climbed up to the trap door that leads to the look-out on the roof. Gold tone chains and hardware control the fully operational drawbridge to ensure privacy. Stairs at the back ensure a quick getaway.

Richie's place has a fully finished interior. The walls are covered in off-white wallpaper with green beige accents, matching moldings and genuine wood flooring.

The clubhouse is furnished with a bookcase, a blue overstuffed and very comfortable easy chair, a table and 2 stools. A guard dog is in residence and we have added 3 sports magazines for your reading pleasure.

This would make a wonderful addition to your miniature collection and can be renamed to suit the new owner.
